How long does the blog design process take?
Once I have received your deposit and completed blog design questionnaire, your project will be added to my design log. Your project will then be scheduled with a "start by" date. If you need to know the next available date, please contact me before ordering.
Will my widgets and posts still be in place after the new design is installed? Will I still have full control over my blog elements like I do now?
The content of your blog, including all widgets, posts, and comments will remain unchanged. You will still be able to add, delete and rearrange blog elements at will. The only thing that will change is the "skin" of your blog... it will have a new, fabulous look!
What can I do to speed up the blog design process?
Check your email often! The blog design process requires many emails back and forth, and the more quickly you respond to my emails, the faster you will see your finished product. So check your email often during the design process! It is a good idea to add my email address: info (at) moritzfinedesigns (.com) to your contacts to ensure that you receive all my messages.
Where can I get one of those cute illustrations that I see on other blogs?
You can search "illustrations" at http://www.istockphoto.com/. Enter your search criteria in the box, and review the various images. Keep in mind that istock images cost about $1.50 per credit. When you find your illustration, send me the URL link. Simple color changes to vector illustrations are free. If you need extensive changes to your image, a custom graphic fee will be applied (depending on complexity/time of changes).
What If I want a scrapbook look to my blog?
You can shop digital scrapbooking websites to purchase a scrapkit. In order for me to use the scrapkit, you must be able to purchase a one-time use commercial license for it. You will need to purchase both the kit and license yourself, and then I will retrieve them and use the elements for your blog project.
